Wheatgrass Drink / Smoothie January 6, 2013 · by cleanhealthyfood · in Breakfast, Drinks. · This is my take on this amazing superfood Wheatgrass Drink / Smoothie Ingredients : 2x teaspoon of wheatgrass powder, 1x a banana, Handful of spinach, Small handful of goji berries 4x Chopped almonds 400ml of water Simply whizz up all of the above ingredients until it becomes a smooth texture in a blender. (Keep a small amount of goji berries and almonds to spinkle on the top of the smoothie) Once blended, pour it into a glass and add the remaining almonds and goji berries on to the top of the smoothie.
