Protein Shake with Chia Seeds and Wheatgrass
Great if you are slighty hungry, thirsty and want to stay away from unhealthy food.
(Please note: This is not a meal replacement.)
2x Full teaspoon of wheatgrass powder
1x Flat teaspoon of chia seeds
3x Full teaspoon of chocolate whey protein powder
350ml of water
1x Protein blender
Add Chia seeds into a protein blender with 150ml of water and let it set for around 15mins. This will soften up the chia seeds.
Now add the remaining 200ml of water follow by wheatgrass powder and whey protein powder. Blend it for a couple of minutes and its ready to drink.
