Ingredients : 3x Chopped Almond Nuts Juice of a 1/4 of a whole lemon Zest of half of a whole lemon 2x Teaspoon of Chia seeds 1/2 of a whole pineapple 2x Sweet potato 2x Carrots 4x Mini cherry tomatoes 75ml of water 1x Juicer Direction : Soak up the Chia seeds by adding it into a 75ml of water for around 15mins. In the mean time, cut up the carrots, pineapple, sweet potatoes and cherry tomatoes into small chunks. Place them through a juicer. Once 15mins is up… add the juice into the chia seed gel/water. Squeeze some lemon juice and stir it around. Finally sprinkle some chopped almond nuts and zest of lemon to the top. Done… Yummy.
