Chia Kiwi Beetroot Smoothie

Ingredients :

Juice of a 1/4 of a whole lemon

2x Teaspoon of Chia seeds

1x Small handful of Chia Seeds

1/2 of a whole pineapple

3x Kiwi Fruit

1x Cooked Beetroot

75ml of water

Direction :

Soak up the Chia seeds by adding it into a 75ml of water for around 15mins.

In the mean time, cut up the Pineapple, Kiwi and Beetroot (cooked) into small chunks.

( Cooked beetroot can be purchased at many supermarkets. )

Place them through a smoothie blender and blitz.

Once 15mins is up… add the juice into the chia seed gel/water.  Squeeze some lemon juice and stir it around.

Finally sprinkle some chia seeds to the top.

Done… Yummilicious.
