(Crispy Borecole Recipe)
80g – 100g of Kale leaves
A teaspoon of coconut oil
Pinch of garlic
Pinch of Pepper
Pinch of salt (optional)
Rip of the kale leaves from the stem/ribs into bite size pieces.
Using your hands, simply coat the kale with coconut oil and place it on a baking tray
Add a pinch of garlic, pepper and salt (optional) and bake it in the oven for around 8 – 10 mins at 180 c.
(Turn the leaves half way through)
