<p><strong>Healthy Pizza</strong><br />
(Chicken and Vegetables)</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients :</strong></p>
<p>1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil<br />
Oats (2x teaspoon)<br />
3 x eggs<br />
1 x tomato<br />
Unflavoured Whey Protein<br />
(2x tablespoon)<br />
1 x lemon<br />
Arrowroot powder (1/2 x teaspoon)<br />
1 x cooked chicken breast (shredded)<br />
Small portion of cut broccoli and peppers<br />
2 x cloves of black garlic (sliced)<br />
1/2 x Red chilli (sliced)<br />
Handful of basil (sliced)<br />
Handful of feta cheese</p>

<p><strong>Direction :</strong></p>
<p>To make to base of the pizza, you will need a circular pan preheated in the oven at 250c with 1/2 a teaspoon of coconut oil. Simply mix up the eggs and oats, pour it in the pan and back in the oven for around 3-5mins. </p>
<p>To make the tomato paste.<br />
Get a blender, whizz in the tomato along with unflavoured whey protein and arrowroot powder. You will also need the juice of a whole lemon as the juice will enhance the flavour of the paste.</p>
<p>Once the base is done, apply paste to the base and add the remaining ingredients to create your very own chicken and vegetable pizza.  </p>
<p>Let it cook in the oven for about 10-12mins at 200c.</p>

<h3>1/2 a mango (Cut into small chunks)</h3>
<h3>2 x eggs</h3>
<h3>100 ml of almond or coconut milk</h3>
<h3>3 x full tablespoons of chocolate whey protein powder</h3>
<h3>4 x full tablespoons of oats (Ground)</h3>
<h3>1 x vanilla extract (6 &#8211; 7 drops)</h3>
<h3>Handful of chopped almonds</h3>
<h3>Handful of chia seeds</h3>
<h3>Teaspoon of coconut oil</h3>
<h3>2 x slices of lemon</h3>
<h3>Handful of  coconut flakes</h3>

<h3>• Crack open the eggs and stir into the mixture of oats and protein powder.</h3>
<h3>• Add the vanilla extracts, milk and continue to stir. (Stop stirring when you see it thickening up)</h3>
<h3>• Heat up a pan at medium to low heat, add in a teaspoon of coconut oil then add in the mixture and cook.</h3>
<h3>• Add the mango chunks, chopped almonds into the mixture and turn over the other side once its cooked.</h3>
<h3>• Throw in a couple of slices of lemon, sprinkle coconut flakes, more chopped almonds and chia seed to finish.</h3>

<h3><strong>Ingredients : </strong></h3>
<h3>80g &#8211; 100g of Kale leaves</h3>
<h3>A teaspoon of coconut oil</h3>
<h3>Pinch of garlic</h3>
<h3>Pinch of Pepper</h3>
<h3>Pinch of salt (optional)</h3>

<h3>Direction :</h3>
<h3>Rip of the kale leaves from the stem/ribs into bite size pieces.</h3>
<h3>Using your hands, simply coat the kale with coconut oil and place it on a baking tray</h3>
<h3>Add a pinch of garlic, pepper and salt (optional) and bake it in the oven for around 8 &#8211; 10 mins at 180 c.</h3>
<p>(Turn the leaves half way through)</p>

<h3>2x Teaspoon of Chia seeds</h3>

<h3>1/2 of a whole pineapple</h3>
<h3>3x Kiwi Fruit</h3>
<h3>1x Cooked Beetroot</h3>
<h3>75ml of water</h3>

<h3>Soak up the Chia seeds by adding it into a 75ml of water for around 15mins.</h3>
<h3>In the mean time, cut up the Pineapple, Kiwi and Beetroot (cooked) into small chunks.</h3>
<p>( Cooked beetroot can be purchased at many supermarkets. )</p>
<h3>Place them through a smoothie blender and blitz.</h3>
<h3>Once 15mins is up… add the juice into the chia seed gel/water.  Squeeze some lemon juice and stir it around.</h3>
<h3>Finally sprinkle some chia seeds to the top.</h3>
<h3>Done… Yummilicious.</h3>

<h2><span style="color:#008000;">Protein Shake with Chia Seeds and Wheatgrass</span></h2>
<h3>Great if you are slighty hungry, thirsty and want to stay away from unhealthy food.</h3>
<p>(Please note: This is not a meal replacement.)</p>

<h3><strong>Ingredients :</strong></h3>
<h3>2x Full teaspoon of wheatgrass powder</h3>
<h3>1x Flat teaspoon of chia seeds</h3>
<h3>3x Full teaspoon of chocolate whey protein powder</h3>
<h3>350ml of water</h3>
<h3>1x Protein blender</h3>
<h3></h3>
<h3><strong>Direction:</strong></h3>
<h3>Add Chia seeds into a protein blender with 150ml of water and let it set for around 15mins. This will soften up the chia seeds.</h3>
<h3>Now add the remaining 200ml of water follow by wheatgrass powder and whey protein powder. Blend it for a couple of minutes and its ready to drink.</h3>

<h3><strong>Ingredients :</strong></h3>
<h3>1x Mortar and Pestle</h3>
<h3>1x Handful of Goji berries</h3>
<h3>1x Teaspoon of Chinese tea leaves</h3>
<h3>1x 1/2 a teaspoon of 100% pure organic honey</h3>
<h3>1x 400ml of boiling water</h3>
<h3><strong>Direction:</strong></h3>
<h3>Simply crush up the goji berries using a mortar and pestle until it becomes a paste like texture.</h3>
<h3>Then apply the goji berry paste and a teaspoon of chinese tea leaves into a glass.</h3>
<h3>Add boliling water, stir in 1/2 teaspoon of organic honey and serve.</h3>

<h3>1x a banana,</h3>
<h3>Handful of spinach,</h3>

<h3>4x Chopped almonds</h3>
<h3>400ml of water</h3>

<h3><span style="color:#000000;">Simply whizz up all of the above ingredients until it becomes a smooth texture in a blender.</span></h3>
<h4><span style="color:#808080;"> (Keep a small amount of goji berries and almonds to spinkle on the top of the smoothie)</span></h4>
<h3><span style="color:#000000;">Once blended, pour it into a glass and add the remaining almonds and goji berries on to the top of the smoothie.</span></h3>
